Research & Resolution – We will advocate with Arise on your behalf with any incident tickets you’ve opened regarding invoicing, time away, etc, until resolution is reached. We will provide timely feedback to you.
Report processing – You will receive bi-monthly pay stub detailing that which we receive from Arise to reflect your earnings and time produced.
Record Keeping– A copy of your client opportunity and SOW is kept on file for the time frame in which we provide services to you.
